At Tixactly, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when you sign up for launch notifications. A separate, full Privacy Policy will govern the platform once Tixactly launches.

The artists field is optional and free-form. You may leave it blank, and please do not enter anything sensitive. We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details, or any account information on this site, because there are no accounts yet.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how many people visit this site and where they arrive from. Plausible is privacy-focused: it uses no cookies, collects no personal information, does not track you across websites or over time, and does not store your IP address. It records only aggregate figures such as page views, referring website, approximate location (country and region), and general device type. Because none of this identifies you, there is no cookie banner to accept, and nothing here can be traced back to you individually.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to send you a one-time announcement when Tixactly launches. If you tell us which artists you are interested in, we use that only to decide which events to prioritize at launch and to make that announcement more relevant to you. We will not add you to any unrelated mailing list or send you ongoing marketing.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

With Service Providers

We share your email address only with the trusted service providers that operate this site:

• Email delivery (MailerLite stores your email address and any artists you tell us about, and delivers the launch announcement)
• Website hosting
• Analytics (Plausible Analytics measures aggregate site traffic without cookies and receives no personal information about you)

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

4. Data Security

We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission and limit access to the notification list to authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
